1. Services

FintrustLine provides professional bookkeeping and accounting support ("Services"). Detailed offerings include regular recordkeeping, report preparation and related tasks.

1.1 Service Engagement

All service arrangements commence upon agreement of scope and deposit receipt. Clients will receive confirmation notes outlining project milestones.

1.2 Service Rescheduling

Clients may request to defer scheduled Services by providing notice at least 5 calendar days before the planned start date. Approved deferments will be rescheduled based on availability.

1.3 Service Refunds

Refunds are available only if no substantive work has been performed. Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of order confirmation. Once work has begun or the 7-day window has ended, no refunds are provided. In lieu of a refund, clients may defer Services under section 1.2.

2. Information Products

We offer digital materials such as guides, templates and tutorials ("Information Products"). These are delivered electronically.

2.1 Delivery and Access

Upon purchase, clients receive immediate access to Information Products. Access details are provided via email.

2.2 Non-refundable Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, purchases of Information Products are final and non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to review product descriptions and sample materials before buying.

3. Goods

FintrustLine may offer physical items such as printed forms, manuals or branded materials ("Goods").

3.1 Ordering and Shipment

Customers receive shipment notifications with tracking details. Delivery timelines may vary based on location.

3.2 Returns and Refunds

Clients may return Goods within 30 calendar days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our team via the contact form. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receipt and inspection of returned items.

4. Refund Processes

Refunds are processed by reversing the initial payment. Clients will receive confirmation by email. The timeline for crediting funds depends on the original payment provider but typically completes within 14 calendar days after approval.

5. Modifications

FintrustLine reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our Services, Information Products or Goods after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
